Job Overview
With assistance from Community Horizons, you will be directly hired and trained with the member. You will provide day to day assistance with personal cares in their home environment. This member is looking for help with ADL’s, showers, meal prep, house chores, and medication assistance.
Schedule- 1-2 hour morning & evening shifts (depending on shower days or not)
Pay: From $16.32 - $18.85
Job Tasks
~Shower assistance 2 days/week
~ADL assistance (getting ready for day/for bed)
~Medication set up
~Meal preparation
~Weekly cleaning and grocery unpacking
