Community Horizons is assisting a member in Gleason, WI in seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join her support team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one assistance while helping someone maintain independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a caring nature, and a strong commitment to supporting others.

Responsibilities

  • Assistance with showering and dressing
  • Transfers using a track system
  • Incontinence care
  • G-tube feeding
  • Suctioning every 15-20 minutes
  • Laundry and light housekeeping
  • Companionship and personal support

Schedule

Part-Time Opportunities Available

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Fill-in/Backup Shifts Available
  • Flexible scheduling options

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation and backup transportation plan required
  • Dependable and compassionate attitude
