As a Private Support Aide, you’ll provide respectful, dependable care that helps the member remain safe and comfortable at home. You’ll support her with minimal personal care, daily routines, and clear, effective communication.
Your help and support will impact member to maintain their dignity and the ability to remain in her home.
Duties:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Trash removal
- Wash dishes
- Laundry and linen changes
- Errands
- Meal preparation
Hours:
Up to 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Member prefers several visits per week. Specific days and times are flexible with more details to be given at the time of interview
Who is a good fit?
Someone who is patient, reliable, personable and has good time management skills to get the job done.
Must be pet friendly as the member has a dog within the home
Previous experience with mental health is a PLUS
A background check is required for this role as well as a driver's license with a favorable driving record
Compensation:
$17.50 per hour plus a mileage reimbursement for errands with the member
