Overview of Job
If you enjoy being a positive light on someone’s day, you could be a great fit. Community Horizons is working with a community member to find dependable and caring staff, to help empower them in their home of Onalaska, WI. This member uses a wheelchair and EZ Lift to transfer. The member wants assistance with cooking, cleaning, and companionship as well.
Tasks involved but not limited to:
o Transfers with EZ Lift
o ADL Assistance
o Cooking
o Cleaning
o Companionship
Pay- $17
Schedule- 2p and 8p split shifts on Weeknights & 8a, 2p, 8p split shifts Every other Weekend
Hours are part-time and flexible**

This member lives comfortably in a cat friendly home. The member is a self taught crafter, and creates scrapbooks, cards and gift items. She also enjoys companionship, conversations about life, and time with her children. If you enjoy providing 1/1 assistance while working in a calm and quiet home, you could be a great addition to the team.
