Requirements: You must be 18 years or older, hold a valid drivers license and reliable transportation, prior healthcare / caregiving experience is preferred but not required! Registered Nurse (RN) - Vent Certified

The Role: Provide clinical care in home for a specific local member who has a tracheostomy and spinal muscular atrophy. You will be responsible for managing respiratory equipment, vent monitoring, and specialized medical care plans.

Requirements: Must hold an active WI RN license and possess ventilator certification, valid drivers license and reliable transportation. You need to be kind, empathetic, highly reliable, and deeply respectful of the individuals dignity and independence.

Looking to make a difference right here in your local neighborhood? We are currently helping several local individuals find dedicated, compassionate In-Home Care / RN's/ Caregivers. Positions are available across the broader Fox Valley or Fox Cities region including Appleton, Shiocton, De Pere and Waupaca.
This position goes far beyond traditional caregiving role and focuses on providing essential daily assistance and high-quality care. You'll be empowering adults to stay safe, healthy and comfortable in their own homes. Because we support multiple families, we can connect you with specific homes that align with your preferred schedule that fits your qualifications and availability. Our members are adults navigating various physical challenges - including spinal cord injuries, triplegia, and spinal muscular atrophy - who want to stay safe, healthy, and comfortable in their own homes.
Please note: This is a Direct Hire opportunity, not an agency. You will be employed directly by the family through a medicaid funded program.
