A Self-Directed Services (SDS) member in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin is looking for a reliable, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to join their support team.
💰 Pay: $20.21/hour
📅 Long-term, consistent hours available
Available Hours
Day Shift:
⏰ 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
📅 4–5 days per week
🔄 Includes every other weekend
Evening Shift:
⏰ 6:00 PM–7:00 PM
📅 Available 6 days per week
These are ongoing, long-term hours, not a temporary position.
Duties May Include:
- Meal preparation
- Hoyer lift assistance
- Personal cares
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Oral care
- Providing consistent daily support
