Families Needed Hours:
- This position can go from 20 to 40 hours weekly

- Hours are needed through the school year and summer

Pay:
- $17.97 an hour
- Mileage Pay is offered (when the child is in the vehicle)
Shift details:
- Keeping family in the loop on respite activities
- Supervise and ensure a safe environment
- In-home activities and community-based events
- Transportation
- After-school pickup (As-Needed)
- Provide emotional support
- Utilize de-escalation tactics
- Meal preparation
- Mentor personal care tasks (brushing teeth, deodorant, showering, etc.)
- Assist with homework
- Helping the child maintain a clean space
Requirements:
A mom in the Appleton area is seeking to find a 1:1 childcare assistant to help her 9-year-old daughter with fun activities at home and in the community. This active, energetic, kind-hearted child does have ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, ODD, and depression. Students, paraprofessionals, and empathetic people are encouraged to apply!!
