Housekeeping & Errand Assistant
Position Title: Housekeeping & Errand Assistant
Pay Rate: $16.32 per hour
Hours: 9 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible; start time after 1:00 p.m.
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.35 per mile for approved work-related errands and transportation duties.
Summary: We are assisting one of our members in finding a dependable and motivated Housekeeping & Errand Assistant to help maintain a clean, organized home and assist with household tasks and errands. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Clean and organize the kitchen
- Change bed linens
- Assist with basic meal preparation
- Run errands as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Complete other light housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Experience
- No experience required
- Previous housekeeping, caregiving, cleaning, or home care experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.32 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.35 per mile for approved work-related errands
