Job Overview
With help from Community Horizons, a member is in search of a reliable and helpful staff team. If you bring patient and compassionate energy while encouraging independence and freedom, you would be a great fit! You can find this member spending time with his dog, practicing archery, and working on plans for a new home. They also use a wheelchair, pivot one-person transfers, and external catheter. If you enjoy easygoing conversation, a pet friendly home, and providing ways for members to live an active and engaging life, look no further.
Pay: From $20/hour (from $16.32 ON)
Day Shifts: M – F, 7:30am – 2:30pm
NOC shifts: 9:30p - 7:30a PT or on-call
Tasks to Assist with
- External Catheter Bladder care, Bowel care
- Shower assistance
- Grooming
- Pivot transfers
- Light meal prep
- Other tasks as needed

About Me- Tell your story
A former firefighter and dog lover and owner is looking for your help to assist with care to empower his independence. Caring for & spending time with his dog, participating with the US archery team, and working on plans for a new home keep this member very busy. Sometimes this member partakes in national and even internation archery trips, where a staff will come with to assist. This member uses a wheelchair, one-person pivot transfers, and external catheter. If you enjoy a pet friendly home while providing a supportive hand this could be a wonderful fit for you!
