Location: Plover, WI
Pay: $16.32 per hour
Schedule: Every other weekend, overnight shifts (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Hours: 18 hours every other weekend
About the Position
Community Horizons is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care and daily living assistance to an individual living in Plover, Wisconsin.
The individual requires standby assistance with transfers but uses a ceiling Hoyer lift for assistance. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting independence, comfort, and quality of life in a home setting.
Responsibilities
The caregiver will assist with:
- Light housekeeping
- Occasional caregiving support as needed
- Standby assistance with transfers
- Meal preparation
- Showering and personal hygiene assistance
- Grooming support
- Laundry
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- 1 to 2 years of caregiving experience
- Experience using patient lifts, including Hoyer lifts
- Experience working with catheters
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
