Looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a real difference in someone’s life? 💙 We’re seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to an adult receiving Self-Directed Supports (SDS) services.
📍 Location: Chippewa Falls Wisconsin
💰 Pay: $16.32–$20.21/hour
⏰ Approximately 33 hours/week
📅 Schedule:
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00–7:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM & 6:00–7:00 PM
💙 Responsibilities Include:
🦽 Mechanical lift transfers — training available
💊 Medication reminders and assistance as directed
🧴 Cream application and oral care
🤸 Range-of-motion exercises
🛁 Personal care while maintaining dignity and independence
😊 Companionship, conversation, and encouragement

Caregiving experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

Enjoys artwork, card and board games, shopping, and socializing. The member communicates verbally, uses a wheelchair and mechanical lift, and has some short-term memory challenges.
