📍 Location: Somerset, WI
💲 Pay: $16.32–$25.00/hour
🕒 Available Shifts:
• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Mondays
• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekends)
Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a rewarding caregiving opportunity? We’re seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one support to a gentleman in his home, helping him remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
As a Self-Directed Support Worker, you’ll be hired directly by the individual receiving services to provide approved in-home support.
Responsibilities:
💙 Assist with eating and drinking
💙 Provide toileting and personal care
💙 Perform Hoyer lift transfers (training available for the right candidate)
💙 Prepare meals
💙 Complete light housekeeping tasks
💙 Assist with medications as directed
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
✔️ Compassionate, patient, and dependable
✔️ Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
✔️ A strong communicator with a positive attitude
✔️ Able to work independently and follow care instructions
✔️ Experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!
