This is a direct-hire position in a private home setting. Community Horizons is assisting with recruitment on behalf of the employer. Applicants whose experience and availability match the position will be contacted by a Support Broker to discuss next steps.

This is a unique one-on-one position supporting an individual who enjoys getting out and staying busy. Favorite activities include attending local events, fishing, bowling, walks in area parks, board games, mini golf, and following sports such as NASCAR and Monster Jam. He also participates in adaptive recreation throughout the year, including bowling, track, and bocce ball.
