Are you looking for meaningful work where you can truly make a difference? 💙 A gentleman in Somerset is looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver through the Self-Directed Supports (SDS) program to provide one-on-one support in his home.
💰 Pay: $16.32–$25.00/hour based on experience
⏰ Schedule:
• Monday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Weekend shifts: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
💙 Responsibilities Include:
🛁 Personal care and toileting assistance
🍽️ Meal preparation and feeding support
🦽 Hoyer lift transfers — training provided
💊 Medication reminders and assistance as directed
🧹 Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home
😊 Companionship and meaningful one-on-one interaction

I am a man who lives in Somerset WI. I have ALS, which can make me difficult to understand at times. I am patient and will spell things out when needed, so good communication and patience are important. I also love to joke around, laugh and have fun. I am on Hospice.
