Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a rewarding career where your work truly matters? We’re seeking a caring Personal Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to an adult receiving Self-Directed Supports (SDS) services.
📍 Location: Wisconsin
💲 Pay: $16.32–$20.21 per hour
🕒 Hours: Approximately 33 hours per week
📅 Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 PM–7:00 PM
Weekends: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM and 6:00 PM–7:00 PM

🌟 What You’ll Do:
🦽 Assist with transfers using a mechanical lift (training available for the right candidate)
💊 Provide medication reminders and assistance as directed
🧴 Apply creams and assist with oral care
🤸 Support range-of-motion exercises
🛁 Assist with personal care while promoting dignity and independence
😊 Provide companionship and encouragement throughout the day
🌟 We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
✔️ Compassionate, patient, and dependable
✔️ Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
✔️ Willing to learn and follow the member’s preferences
✔️ Engaged and present while providing care (cell phone use limited to emergencies)
✔️ Passionate about helping someone maintain their independence and quality of life
Caregiving experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
