In home caregiver support:
Community Horizons is assisting a gentleman in the Stevens Point area in finding the right person to help him remain independent in his home.
This position focuses on providing support with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, and comfortable working independently.
Duties May Include
- Light cleaning and household upkeep
- Assistance with ADLs as needed
- Meal prep or simple cooking
- Companionship and routine support
- Following established routines to ensure safety and comfort
Available Schedules
Two positions are available. Candidates may apply for one or both.
Position #1 – NOC Shift (Mostly Cleaning)
Hours:
- 11pm–7am
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Every other Saturday: 7am–3pm
Position #2 – Afternoon/Evening Shift
Hours:
- 3pm–11pm every Tuesday & Wednesday
- 3pm–11pm every OTHER Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Ideal Candidate
- Reliable, patient, and trustworthy
- Comfortable with light hands‑on support
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Works well independently
- Experience helpful but not required; training available
Pay & Employment Details
- Competitive hourly wage
- Paid through the participant’s fiscal agent
- Part‑time with consistent weekly hours
