✨ NOW HIRING: On-Call Caregiver Superstar – Merrill Area ✨
💵 Pay: $17.00/hour
🕒 Schedule: On-call for day and evening shifts as needed
Community Horizons is partnering with a gentleman in the Merrill area to find a compassionate and dependable On-Call Caregiver to provide support as needed. If you’re looking for flexible, meaningful work and enjoy helping others live independently, this could be a great fit!
💙 What You’ll Do:
✨ Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting/commode use
✨ Prepare meals and support daily routines
✨ Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
✨ Administer medications as directed
✨ Support mobility needs including lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 75 lbs)
✨ Use adaptive equipment such as a Hoyer lift or sit-to-stand device
✨ Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes to help maintain a safe and comfortable home
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
✔ Comfortable assisting with mobility needs and physical support
✔ Dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Experience with Hoyer or sit-to-stand equipment is a bonus
✅ Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
