💡 What is Self-Direction?
Self-direction means the individual receiving care is in charge. They choose who supports them, what support looks like, and when it happens. This creates a more personal, respectful, and rewarding experience—for both the caregiver and the member.
🕒 Available Shifts:
- Weekdays: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening options
- Weekends: Flexible hours available
9AM-3PM, 3-11PM or 3-8PM, and 11PM-9AM
💵 Pay:
- 20.00
🧡 Responsibilities May Include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal prep & light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Community outings & social support
- Mobility assistance (sit-to-stand, transfers, etc.)
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient individuals
- Ability to follow a care plan directed by the member
- Experience preferred but not always required
- Background check required
