✨ NOW HIRING: On-Call Caregiver with Flexibility – Merrill Area ✨
💵 Pay: $19.82/hour
Community Horizons is partnering with a gentleman in the Merrill area to find a compassionate, reliable on-call caregiver to provide support during day and evening shifts as needed.
💙 What You’ll Do:
- Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting/commode use)
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Administer medications as directed
- Support mobility needs, including lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Use adaptive equipment such as a Hoyer lift
- Help maintain a clean, safe home (light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes)
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
- Previous caregiving or home care experience (preferred)
- Comfort with mobility support and physical assistance
- Dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy nature
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Hoyer or sit-to-stand equipment is a plus
✅ Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
🕒 Schedule:
- On-call for day and evening shifts as needed
