🕒 Approximately 6 hours per week – afternoons
An SDS member in Woodville is looking for a reliable, professional, and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support in their home. Through the Self-Directed Services (SDS) program, the member is the employer and directs their own care.
🏡 Support May Include:
• Light housekeeping and cleaning
• Laundry
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Picking up medications
• Assistance with bathing
• Support with daily routines and personal needs
• Companionship and social interaction
⭐ Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred
✔️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔️ Dependable, professional, and respectful
✔️ Maintains appropriate professional boundaries
✔️ Comfortable assisting with personal care when needed
✔️ Enjoys conversation, having fun, and building a positive working relationship
✔️ Cooking experience is a plus
💙 Previous hands-on caregiving experience is not required, but applicants should be comfortable learning and assisting with personal care as needed.
