A gentleman in Baldwin, Wisconsin is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy caregiver through the Self-Directed Services (SDS) program. The caregiver will provide one-on-one support to help him remain safe, comfortable, and independent in his own home.
💰 Pay: $17.80/hour
⏰ Approximately 7.5 hours per week
📅 Flexible scheduling – hours split between two days
Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with personal cares while maintaining dignity and respect
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Running errands
- Assistance with everyday tasks
- Companionship and conversation
- Encouragement and daily support
- Helping promote safety and independence in the home
🐕 Please note: The member has a dog, so applicants must be comfortable working around dogs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Enjoys working one-on-one with older adults
- Respectful of the member’s choices, preferences, and independence
- Positive, reliable, and trustworthy
- Has dependable transportation
- Willing to learn and provide quality support
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

Self-Directed Services allows the member to be the employer and have a say in choosing and directing their caregiver. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful one-on-one work and wants to help someone remain independent in their home and community.
