Position Details
This community member is seeking someone, with assistance from Community Horizons, who will be a reliable, kind and positive support, at home, in Tomah, WI. Member is ambulatory with walkers, actively working on walking more, and uses a wheelchair also. Member can be independent with showers but might want assistance. They use a shower chair, raised toilet seat and grab bars to aid. Member would love to take walks outside and keep building her strength and independence. This member wants help with cleaning, organizing, cooking, and errands as needed.

Pay
From $17 per hour
Hours
3.5 hours per week, can be split after the beginning.
