Job Description
Seeking work that empowers others in their own care and community? Look no further. Community Horizons is working side by side with a local member looking for someone who is reliable, caring, and a helping hand to provide care in their home environment, in Tomah, WI. This member uses a wheelchair, walker, and gait belt for transfers. Member is easy going and enjoys watching baseball and using her iPad.
Tasks (Include but not limited to)
-Transfers with gait belt
-Light housekeeping
-ADL assistance
-Companionship
Pay
$16.32 per hour - Part-time
Ideal Candidate
Outgoing, flexible
Gentle and caring
Caregiving experience preferred, not required
Weekly hours
Part-time, On-call, Flexible hours
1 hour in the morning on weekdays, 1 hour in the evening every other weekend
