Community Horizons works side by side with members of the community who seek assistance and support. This member is looking for a patient and caring person to give a helping hand. This member is ambulatory with no assistive devices. They also enjoy collecting, conversating, and working in their garden. Services are self-directed to empower members with independence in their daily life in La Crosse, WI.
What you’ll do
