Hours Needed:
7:00 AM- 8:30 AM, 3:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Monday-Friday and some weekend help
Wage:
- $ 19.03 / Hour
Family Tasks:
- Talk with parent about what the plan will be for the day.
- Assisting with morning routines
- Assist with evening routines
- Assist with toileting/changing
- Meal preparation
- Assist with emotional support
- Assist with de-escalation tactics
- Assist with transportation (as needed)
- Assist with independence and routines
- Safety and supervision
Ideal Candidate:
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
- Experience working with adults or children with complex needs (Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc.)
- Proven dependability
- Committed to providing care for children and adults with special needs.
- Someone who can understand de-escalation

A family in the Manitowoc area is looking for a kind, compassionate, and friendly in-home child caregiver to provide one-on-one support for their two wonderful children with special needs and medium-to-high support needs. In this role, you would be helping these children with daily living skills.
This isn’t an ordinary child caregiving role – it’s an opportunity to be a positive role model, build a meaningful connection, and help children grow their independence while doing things they love.
