This is a pet-friendly home:

Respite Hours:
- Monday – Friday (No Weekends)
- After school hours: 2:45 PM – 7:00 PM
- Long-term position going into summer
Hourly Rate:
- $17.97/Hour
- Mileage offered when child is in vehicle
Day-to-Day Description :
- Food Preparation
- Modeling and assisting with personal care tasks
- 1:1 safety and supervision
- Transportation (after-school pickup, possibly out-of-home activities)
- Provide emotional support
- Utilize de-escalation tactics
- Light housekeeping (Just related to the child)
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
- Experience working with adults or children with complex needs ( Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc. )
- Proven dependability
- Committed to providing care for children and adults with special needs.
- Someone who can understand de-escalation

This energetic, kindhearted, and smart child is on the autism spectrum. He also struggles with ADHD and high anxiety. This after-school hour job offers the opportunity to build a lasting connection with this child and teach him independence.
