Are you looking for a part-time/Full-time job on weekdays and weekends that can help someone in need?
Here at Community Horizons, we’re seeking to find a caregiver for a kind-hearted woman based in the De Pere area. This woman is looking for a caretaker who can help her 1:1 with personal care tasks, along with any supportive home care needs. The woman in need is a Triplegic, so some experience in the healthcare field would go a long way, but if you’re new to the field, we are eager to hear from you.
Note to self: the AM shift is going to feel like an overnight shift. This young lady likes her beauty rest —well, she really likes staying up all night watching movies
Location:
- De Pere WI
Shifts:
Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
(Days are broken up during the week and will be discussed in the phone screen)
Noc Shift: 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM
Am Shifts: 8:00 Am-10:00 PM
Wage:
~ AM shift: $18.95/hour
~ PM shift $20/hour
Tasks:
- Repositioning
- Providing skills care: straight cathing and assisting with a bowel program.
- Transfers
- Personal care tasks: showering, bedside bath, peri-care.
- Dressing/undressing
- Housekeeping
- Meal prep
- Providing companionship
- Running errands as requested
- Spending time in the community when the weather allows
- Laundry
Requirements:
- Driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle to get to work in
- Able to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
- Have integrity

- A desire to provide the best care possible
