Overview
Are you compassionate and a caring caregiver? This vital role involves providing personalized care to an individual in a private home setting. As a caring caregiver, you will support this member with daily activities, ensure their safety, and foster a warm, respectful environment that promotes independence and well-being. Your energy and positive attitude will help create a nurturing space where this member will feel valued and cared for every day.
Duties
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
light housekeeping
meal prep
able to safely transfer in and out of motorized w/c
ok with cats and dogs
Requirements
valid license
reliable transportation
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide empathetic, respectful care
Hours are as follows:
830am-1030am
530pm -730pm
1030pm-1145pm
These hours are 7 days a week.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the unique needs of individuals with cerebral palsy, compassionate with cares and transfers also need to be understanding and take things at the member's pace.
