Caregiver & Housekeeper – Wisconsin Rapids
Community Horizons is assisting a female member in the Wisconsin Rapids area find a wonderful, compassionate caregiver and housekeeper to provide dependable in-home support.
Schedule & Pay
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Total hours: 5½ hours per week
- Pay: $16.32 per hour
About the Role
This fun and quirky member is looking for someone who can assist with light housekeeping, small everyday tasks, and light activities of daily living (ADLs). She also wants someone to be present in the home while she showers in case of a fall. The caregiving tasks are light and focus primarily on helping ensure her safety. The ideal candidate is kind, reliable, respectful, and ready to make a positive difference in her week.
About Self-Directed Services
The role is part of self-directed services, where members choose their caregivers, and the service provider, Community Horizons, works to support members in staying in their homes and maintaining independence. No money is exchanged in the member’s home. Caregivers are paid through a third-party fiscal agent.
