Summer Hours:

Pay:
- $17.97/Hour
- Mileage pay offered
Tasks:
- Meal Preparation
- Snack Preparation
- Assist with mentoring personal care tasks
- Provide 1:1 supervision
- Provide Transportation (after-school pickup, possibly out-of-home activities)
- Offer emotional support
- Engage in de-escalation tactics as needed
- Light housekeeping (Just related to the child)
Family Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
- Experience working with adults or children with complex needs ( Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc. )
- Proven dependability
- Committed to providing care for children and adults with special needs.
- Someone who can understand de-escalation

A wonderful, kind-hearted family based in Kaukauna, WI is seeking to find a part-time childcare provider for their 13-year-old son who has ADHD, Anxiety, and autism with respite care. This family is just seeking someone who can help as needed with their son with in-home care activities. This child is very bright, smart, energetic, and does have some de-escalation tactics. This is not an agency. You would get hired by the client under self-direction.
