A member in River Falls, WI is looking for a fun, outgoing, and dependable caregiver through the Self-Directed Supports (SDS) program.
📍 Location: River Falls, WI
💲 Pay: $16.32/hour
🕒 Schedule: Flexible part-time hours (3 hours rotating bi-weekly to 4 hours schedule)
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, trying new activities, and supporting an individual in living an active and fulfilling life.
Responsibilities:
🎳 Participate in community activities such as bowling
🚲 Enjoy bike rides and outdoor activities
🃏 Play card and board games
🎲 Participate in Dungeons & Dragons
🌟 Support community outings and exploring new hobbies
😊 Provide companionship and encouragement
