We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate individual to provide companionship and community support for a gentleman in the River Falls area. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, engaging in conversation, and trying new activities together. As a self-directed employee, you are hired directly by the member to provide approved support services.

* Community outings and social activities
He is also interested in exploring new hobbies and activities like:
* Other fun community experiences
Hours
* Rotating schedule every two weeks:
* 2.5 hours one week
* 3 hours the next week
Pay
* $16.32 per hour
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone who is:
* Outgoing and easy to talk to
* Reliable and encouraging
* Comfortable participating in community outings
* Open to learning and trying new activities
* Experienced in caregiving, companionship, or community support preferred
