looking for a kind, energetic, and dependable individual to assist a member with daily living. Community Horizons works directly with members and their self-directed support team to hire staff for their care, which helps them remain in their home.
Hours available
Monday-Thursday 4PM-8:30PM and Saturday mornings
Rate $16.32/ hour
Duties include (but are not limited to)
Assist with personal cares and follow daily routines
Support with tube feeding
Use Hoyer lift for safe comfortable transfers
When weather permits, she loves enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.
Provide companionship and encouragement
Ensure routine is followed for comfort and consistency
Preferred candidates
Reliable, dependable, and caring
Comfortable working in private house setting, that has family dog
Experience is a plus but not a requirement, training by the family is provided
Comfortable with working with non-verbal individuals
