Job Details
Community Horizons works on behalf of community members to find compassionate and caring staff. Do you enjoy artwork, crafts, engaging conversations, and getting out and about in the community? If so, you could be a perfect fit to assist this creative outgoing member! Member uses a power wheelchair and EZ Stand to transfer in her home, in Sparta, WI. A van with hookups is also used for outings with training on this. This member is looking for assistance with daily care, companionship, along with light housekeeping tasks.
Wage- $17.25/hr
Schedule & hours: Part-time - Weekdays 5-9p, every other weekend 7a-9p
Weekend shifts can be split if needed*
Roles
Ø ADL assistance
Ø Shower & dressing assistance
Ø Transferring with EZ Stand
Ø Driving van/ensuring van safety
Ø 1/1 companionship, community outings
Ø Cooking
Ø Cleaning
Ø Laundry
