A loving family based in the Kaukauna area is seeking to find a long-term childcare provider for their 12-year-old son, who has special needs along with medium to higher support needs. In this position, the childcare provider would be helping this family with taking their son to fun activities in the community. Along with keeping him safe and engaged in the activities.
Location:
- Kaukauna WI
Respite Schedule:
- 10 hours a week
- Flexible scheduling,
- As-needed position on weekdays and weekends
Pay:
- Starting wage $18.00 / Hour
(Wage will go up once proven reliability and dependability )
Tasks:
- Chat with parents on what the day looks like
- Prep Health snacks as needed
- Picking up after yourself and children
- Safety and Supervision
- Transportation to fun and safe activities
Family Requirements:
- Experience with Children (Preferred)
- Kind and Friendly
- Someone active and motivated
- High schoolers are welcome to apply
- Someone patient and outgoing
- Experience with children with special needs (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license along with a reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
