Job Description

 

Community Horizons is assisting a local member to find a reliable, compassionate and friendly person to provide care in the comfort of their home, in Tomah, WI. Member uses a wheelchair and adaptive equipment. Member enjoys conversation, sharing a smile, knitting, and watching baseball.                                                                                                                                            

*Self-directed services is utilized to emphasize independence, freedom of choice, advocacy, and empowerment*

 

Pay Rate

$18-20 per hour - Part-time

 

Duties Include (but not limited to)

 

-Light meal prepping

-Assistance with bathroom routine

-Transfer assistance

-Light housekeeping

-Companionship

 

 

*No care giving experience required, training provided

 

 

Schedule

 

Part-time flexible hours

Split AM, Mid-day, PM shifts (typically 1-2 hours)
