Here at Community Horizons, we are seeking to find a temporary childcare supervisor for a family based in the Greenville area. This family just wants the childcare provider to assist with safety and supervision at the YMCA for their 7-year-old son, who has special needs. This position is temporary and is only needed for summer care.
Location:
- Greenville, Wi
SUMMER CARE ONLY:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
Wage:
- $14.39/Hour
Job Duties:
- Meeting the family at the YMCA and doing fun activities with the child
- Safety and supervision
- Emotional support
- Hangout and take the children to fun activities
- Assist with blood sugars
- Providing safety and supervision
- Offer emotional support when needed
- Making healthy snacks
- Transportation to fun activities
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
- High schoolers are welcome to apply
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable Vehicle
- Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
- Must be mature and responsible
- Reliable and dependable
- Experience with working with children who have special needs (preferred)
