Job: After-School Caregiver – Appleton

Community Horizons is seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support a friendly 14-year-old boy who is new to the Appleton area. We’re looking for someone who can provide guidance with daily living skills while offering genuine companionship in a welcoming home environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Greet him after school when he gets off the bus
· Prepare simple snacks and meals, including cutting food into bite-sized pieces
· Support him in using utensils
· Assist with toileting, showering, and dressing
· Enjoy outdoor walks together
· Help with his evening routine and getting ready for bed
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM–7:30 PM
Compensation: $18.48 per hour
