We are seeking to find a full-time, Part-time, or PRN in-home caregiver for a wonderful woman who suffers from a severe spinal injury, based in the Waupaca area. This woman is seeking a forever staff member to assist her with all her daily living tasks, along with her supportive home care needs.
Please note this is a pet-friendly home.
Location:
- Waupaca, WI
PRN or Part-time Positions needed:
Day shift or PM Shift
( Flexible Scheduling)
- 8:00 AM –2:00 PM or 3:00 PM
- 4:00 PM- 10:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
- On Call
- Rotating weekends
Pay:
- $17.00/Hour
Tasks:
- Meal preparation
- Medication assistance
- Range of motion
- Housekeeping (Sweeping, Mopping, Laundry, etc.)
- Transportation
- Help the member with exercising
- Home Maintenance
- Provide standby assistance with transfers
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Mobility assistance
- Use of a mechanical lift.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
- Experience working in home health is preferred, but not required
- Hardworking
- Kind and friendly
- Experience with spinal injuries
- Has a team mindset
