I need a person who can be kind and supportive, but who can also keep good boundaries and stay professional. If you’re dependable, calm, and comfortable handling occasional challenges, I’d like to talk with you.

I’m looking for a steady, reliable person to help with light housekeeping and basic in-home support through the self-direction program. This is a casual position, with no guaranteed hours, and you’ll work directly for me—not an agency. You’ll have the chance to build a one-on-one working relationship where your consistency and honesty really matter.

I do best with clear communication, respect, and a bit of structure. I have high expectations, can change my mind frequently and appreciate someone who brings both compassion and confidence—someone who can stay calm, hold healthy boundaries in a kind way, and take pride in helping create a comfortable, well-organized home.

Pay: $16.32 per hour + $0.35/mile reimbursement for errands
Schedule: No guaranteed hours- backup for Mon, Wed, and Fri afternoons, 0-9 hours per week, ideally 1pm-4pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Light cleaning: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dishes
• Basic meal prep and simple cooking
• Laundry and general household tasks
• Providing standby support while I shower (for safety—no hands-on care)
• Running light errands (groceries, supplies)
• Helping with unpacking for my recent move to my current home
