Pay: $17.97/hour Hours: 10 per week Schedule: Monday or Wednesday after 3:00 PM + Sunday afternoons
A family in Appleton is looking for a patient, reliable caregiver to support a 10‑year‑old non‑verbal child on the Autism spectrum. The child enjoys being outside in the fenced backyard, playing, and spending time in a safe space in their bedroom. Emotional support is important, as the child can experience mood swings and needs calm, steady redirection.
Safety is a major responsibility due to elopement concerns, so the caregiver must be attentive and comfortable maintaining close supervision.

I am 10 years old. I am non verbal but I do have board that helps me communicate with others. I love being on the move. I have 2 dogs and a fenced in back yard. I have a safe space in my bedroom and in the basement. I love people and I am a really happy kid!
