Looking for a more personal approach to caregiving?
An individual in the Stratford/Marshfield area is looking for an experienced CNA or former nursing professional to provide dependable, one-on-one support in a private home. This is a direct-care position for someone who is confident with hands-on care, works well independently, and takes pride in doing things correctly.
Rather than working with multiple patients in a facility, you'll provide consistent care to one individual and become familiar with their routines, preferences, and needs. Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and strong clinical skills are extremely important in this position.
Current available hours include:
Rate of pay: $20.00/hour
This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that may include:
Because of the physical nature of the position, applicants must be capable of safely completing manual transfers and lifting 50+ pounds when required.
Experience We're Looking For
This position requires someone who already has a solid foundation in hands-on patient care. It is not an entry-level CNA position.
Candidates should have:
The Right Fit
The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable taking responsibility for providing high-quality care without constant supervision.
You should be someone who understands the importance of privacy and professional boundaries, communicates clearly, and can recognize when something needs attention. The employer values caregivers who are respectful of the individual's independence while also being attentive to their care and safety needs.
If you're an experienced CNA or nursing professional who would prefer the consistency and personal connection of working one-on-one rather than in a busy facility, this may be a great opportunity.
Direct Employment
This is a private, direct-hire position. The individual receiving care is the employer, and you will work directly for them rather than through a home health agency or facility.
I am a professional, independent woman who values dependability and clinical competency.
