- 2:45 PM – 7:00 PM
- Monday-Friday (Flexible, no set schedule)
- Weekend Care
- Summer Care help
Wage:
- $17.97/Hour
- Mileage pay offered
Family Care Needs:
• Meal Preparation
• Snack Preparation
• Assist with mentoring personal care tasks
• Provide 1:1 supervision
• Provide Transportation (after-school pickup, possibly out-of-home activities)
• Offer emotional support
• Engage in de-escalation tactics as needed
• Light housekeeping (Just related to the child)
Family Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a Wisconsin background check
• Experience working with adults or children with complex needs ( Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc. )
• Proven dependability
• Committed to providing care for children and adults with special needs.
• Someone who can understand de-escalation
About Me- Tell your story
A kind-hearted family in the Kaukauna area is seeking help for their 13-year-old son with Respite. The childcare provider in the position would be helping this child with emotional support, mentoring care tasks, taking the child to fun activities in the community, supporting in-home activities, and making sure that they’re safe. This energetic, kindhearted, and smart child is on the autism spectrum. He also struggles with ADHD and high anxiety.
