Job Description
Community Horizons is assisting a local member seeking a dependable and positive person to assist with daily care, in Norwalk, WI. Member is ambulatory and uses a walker. Member wants assistance with showers, grooming, and helping around the house. Your assistance helps maintain independence, freedom, and self-direction. Duties/Responsibilities (Included but not limited to)
Light Housekeeping
Laundry assistance
Shower cares
Companionship
Errands
Requirements
Caregiving experience preferred but not required
Passing Background check
Wage: $17.01 per hour
Schedule/Hours
Part-time hours, flexible, 6.75 per week
Daytime M-F or weekends (generally 1-3 hour shifts)

This community member lives in the comfort of his home and is waiting to bring in a positive worker to his team. He enjoys games on his computer, time with his daughter, and conversating with others. He is active with his walker and likes to get outside when he can. This member would like assistance with daily activities and to be able to get out and about.
