Schedule: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $23.00–28.00 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and attentive caregiver to provide evening support for an adult member in Barron, Wisconsin. This position is ideal for someone with experience providing personal care and mobility assistance. As a self-directed employee, you are hired directly by the participant to provide approved support services.
Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting with showering and personal hygiene
* Providing medication reminders
* Applying lotion and monitoring skin condition
* Observing and reporting any signs of skin breakdown or other concerns
* Assisting with transfers and mobility
* Providing bathroom assistance and toileting support
* Offering companionship and ensuring the member’s comfort and safety throughout the shift
Qualifications:
* Previous caregiving experience preferred
* Ability to safely assist with transfers
* Dependable, patient, and compassionate
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
