About this role
Care will be provided in a private in-home setting. This individual is non-verbal and thrives with attentive, interactive support. The right person for this position will be reliable, able to connect through presence, routine, and observation.
Candidates would be
Comfortable with non-verbal communication
comfortable with Tube feeding/suction
comfortable using a hoyer
Assisting with personal grooming/ showers
Able or willing to learn about care related to brain injuries
1 year experience in healthcare field
Daily tasks include
Personal cares/ grooming
Bathing/showers
Wheelchair safety and mobility support
Repositioning, and range of motion exercises
