Urgently Hiring-Direct Care Advocate Needed in Wausau for a part time role-URGENTLY HIRING
Direct Care Advocate needed to provide personal care and household support within a community member's home. This role is vital in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of the member to help her live her very best life!
As a Direct Care Advocate, you will deliver dedicated assistance with the following tasks:
- Personal hygiene (bed baths, skin care, dressing)
- Incontinence care (utilizing a bed pan)
- Light housekeeping (laundry, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, linen changes as needed)
- Cooking and preparing snacks
- Occasional errands
- Organize spaces within the home
- Build connection and companionship
Wage:
$17.32-$18.50 per hour
Schedule:
The member is seeking support 7 days a week
7 :00AM- 9:00 AM
6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
*Please note the shifts times are flexible*
Requirements:
- Compassionate and caring approach
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Reliable transportation is a must
Prior caregiving experience is a PLUS but willing to train the RIGHT person!
