Supportive Home Care Tasks Part time

I am looking for someone to spend a few hours a week in my home preparing home-cooked meals that I can easily reheat during the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan ahead and prepare nutritious, from scratch meals based on provided preferences or dietary guidelines
  • Grocery shop for fresh ingredients (if needed)
  • Portion and package meals for the week
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, stovetop, counters, and sink after cooking
  • Light cleaning and organization of the refrigerator (disposing of expired items, wiping shelves, organizing containers)

Requirements:

  • Experience with healthy meal preparation
  • Knowledge of basic nutrition and balanced cooking
  • Ability to follow dietary preferences or restrictions
  • Strong organizational and cleanliness standards
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work while having conversations with me
  • A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle with insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexible afternoon, evening or weekend hours, 3-4 hours per week
  • $16.32/hr + $.35/mile reimbursement for grocery shopping
