Part-Time In-Home Support Worker – Flexible Schedule

We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable support worker to assist in a private home setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping a home organized, and working a short, flexible weekly schedule.

Position Details

  • Hours: Approximately 4.75 hours per week

  • Schedule: Late morning to afternoon with flexible scheduling

  • Pay: $16.32 per hour

  • Location: River Falls, WI area

Responsibilities

  • Light housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and taking out garbage

  • Cleaning the bathroom

  • Mopping floors

  • Occasional assistance with organizing

  • Meal preparation may be added in the future

Ideal Candidate

  • Friendly and approachable

  • Open and clear communicator

  • Some experience with cleaning or household support

  • Flexible availability (weekdays or weekends)

  • Comfortable working in a home with cats

Additional Notes

We are looking for someone dependable who enjoys helping maintain a clean, organized living space. A positive attitude and reliability are very important.
