Job description:
A community neighbor in Boulder Junction is looking for a dependable, compassionate Personal Care Worker to support daily living and help maintain independence at home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working one‑on‑one, and making a positive difference in someone’s everyday life.
About the Role
You’ll provide person‑centered support in the individual’s home and community. Tasks vary based on daily needs and may include:
- Personal care — bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene support
- Mobility assistance — safe transfers, walking support, positioning
- Household tasks — light cleaning, laundry, meal prep, dishes
- Companionship — conversation, engagement, and emotional support
Who You Are
- Respectful, patient, and reliable
- Comfortable with personal care tasks
- Able to follow directions and honor the individual’s preferences
- Good communicator
- Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required —
- Easy Going
- Friendly
